Place your order by:

• 18th December for Sydney Metro
• 15th December for South Australia
• 15th December for Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory

To have your parcel delivered with Aus Post Parcel Post Standard Delivery in Urban areas in time for Christmas.

Please allow extra days for delivery in rural and remote areas.

Express Post
Place your order by:

• 19th December for Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory
• 22nd December for all other states

Please allow extra days for delivery in rural and remote areas.

International Standard
Place your order by:

• 3rd December for New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam
• 9th December for USA

Delivery information

We offer two shipping options in Australia with Australia Post.

Parcel Post Delivery - FREE for orders over $65 AUD (and $8.95 for orders under $65 AUD).

With the following targeted shipping times, plus 1-2 days for dispatch.

• Sydney Metro: 1-2 business days
• Other NSW, ACT & major East Coast cities (e.g., Melbourne, Brisbane): 2-4 business days
• South Australia: 3-5 business days
• Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory: 4-8 business days
• Regional and remote areas – 6-12 business days

Express Post Parcel Delivery - targeted delivery of 1-5 business days.

• $9.95 for orders over $150 AUD
• $14.95 for orders under $150 AUD

Please allow an additional 1-2 days for your goodies to be lovingly packed.

Please note that shipping free and/or gift vouchers cost do not count towards the $65 threshold for free delivery.

Order dispatch times

We aim to send out all orders within the following working day.

We send orders out Monday - Friday, but are closed on all New South Wales public holidays.

As soon as your order has been packed, we will email you with your parcel’s tracking number to track with Australia Post.

Delivery costs are based on order weight and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

All orders are sent via Australia Post using a tracked service. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
